BiodivERsA will operate via:

• A Co-ordinator
• An Executive Manager assisted by a full time administrative and a part time financial assistant. Together they form the secretariat.
• A Management Team, including the co-ordinator, the executive manager, the work package leaders, high level representatives from the partner organisations and two vice members.
