It is NOT possible to change the consortium (eg. to add or remove partners), except in cases where it was suggested by the evaluation committee or the steering committee.
It is possible to adjust the budget to some extent, however these modifications should not be too substantial.
On 15th April, the full proposal form will be online, as a Word document. However the online application form will not be on-line before mid-May or so.
